Refunds and Exchange Policy
We refund full priced items within 30 days of purchase. Make sure your items are in their original condition with tags attached, unworn and unwashed.
So sorry but we do not issue refunds for - items on SALE (unless faulty), items purchased during a site wide "flash sale", incorrectly washed items which result in damage or items that have already been exchanged.
If you wish to exchange an item (this is NOT valid on sale items sorry) then please call our Warehouse in Coolum QLD on 07 52278936 or 0414550553 to secure your item and we will confirm the item is in stock.
You will then pay the postage back to us and we will pay the postage back to you, please note you get one free exchange delivery per order. If you wish to exchange a 2nd time then postage will need to be paid both ways.
Exchange items that are returned are also not valid for a refund and will be issued an online credit only.
What if my item is faulty?
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us via email at email@example.com with details, or call our warehouse on 07 52278936 and we will rectify ASAP.
Can I return a Sale item?
Only for an online credit, NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE. *This includes items purchased from our online sale category and items purchased during a site wide 'flash sale'.
